Terms & Conditions
Bookings must be made at least 12 weeks in advance. A 30% deposit is required upon booking to secure your place. The remaining 70% will be required 6 weeks before departure.
One free leader's place will be provided per 15 and further leaders will be charged the full cost of accommodation, transfers and activities.
All transfers made from the airport/Peterborough and Peterborough/airport are done by coach or train*.
In case the departure flight is in the early hours (6am - 8am), the students are required to wait at the school, where they can watch movies, play games and use the internet.
We offer two price bands, low and high season. High season will cover all English and European holiday times.
The prices shown on the website for the study holidays and extra activities are not negotiable.
* Broadway Language Academy will take the group's best interes when booking the flight, i.e. departure and arrival times;
